A Global news report just on said the YVR-YYZ load factor was approx 20% while the Hawaii loads were 80+%, but despite those numbers the Harmony braintrust decided to pull the plug, though I'm another one appreciative it was done a la Canjet rather than C3.
Global news reports that Harmony was losing $2-10 million per week. That's a heck of a lot of money.
