Here is how it works:

1. Introduce and enforce one carry on bag for everyone EU wide
2. Start to enforce the size limitations
3. Start to enforce the weight restrictions

4. Start charging extra for checked baggage!

And voila, there is another fantastic revenue stream. Plus thousands of new jobs at all EU airports as "Senior Baggage Enforcers".

I will start buying shares of companies providing fractional jet ownership....
