ANA shows me seats available in Business and Enonomy, for specific dates,
(i.e.-2 Business seats available on TG in Oct.-LAX-BKK), but Seat Counter shows "O" across the board for the same dates.
What am I doing wrong, please?
I'm not sure that SeatCounter is able to display award inventory on TG. It does require that you enter the airline twice in order to show award/upgrade inventory, for example, "UA UA". Have you been doing that? If not, give it another try and report back. Otherwise, I think you'll have to rely on ANA's tool for TG.
