i am curious,

do the amex travel agents have a bucket which to code, or infer, or whatever, to somehow indicate to fellow travel agents that if they draw this customer this customer is a great person, or on the flip side, this customer is a royal pain in the ....??

or do all customers appear in the system with a totally clean slate each time you answer the phone??
