I too am flying BA to DEL next month. LH and OZ didn't help at all on the ground as a premium passenger so hopefully BA does a little better!
BA does a better job of ground handling of F passengers than LH does in handling F passengers at DEL. That includes being taken into the building if you can find a BA rep.
