I need to arrive at NRT in time for checkin & security for my 4pm departure.

I calculated all the train schedules from where I'll be and realized I don't have enough time to take the shinkansen back into Tokyo (from Nagoya direction), get back up to the Four Seasons (its kinda out of the way), get my bag, go thru town to either Tokyo or Shinjuku and catch the N'Ex to be at NRT in time for my flight.

Are there no longer-term storage lockers anyone is aware of?
Aha, you've now given us enough to work with. Here is definitely the easiest way, given that you are staying at the FS Chinzan-so: When you check out of the hotel, tell the hotel what day you need to pick up your bags at Narita. Then they take care of the rest: they will fill out the form for the takyubin service that the hotel uses (the charge will probably be less than Y3500 for two bags), hold your bags at no charge until the appropriate day, and then ship your bags for Narita airport pickup on the day you get to the airport. They'll tell you where to go to get your bags depending on which airline you are flying. Reliable, safe, and it will work EVERY time.

You don't need no stinking lockers, and better yet, you don't even need to schlep your bags from Tokyo station to Narita airport.
