DL 777s have the vents as do almost all the 767-300s. There is a small sub-fleet of ex-Gulf Air 767s that do not have overhead vents.
And the one time I was on one of those (ATL to MAN last August) it was really rundown and ratty compared to the regular 763s. The WC behind the cockpit looked like it was being patched together with caulk put on by someone who had a drink or two too many, and the whole BE cabin felt cramped and shabby. I was thrilled when we boarded the return a couple weeks later and it was a regular 763, even though it had been scheduled as an ex-Gulf plane. The quicker they get those refurbished the better, or at least keep them off the routes I am on.
