All your stories remind me why I call them "Ghetto US Bank"...

Can you believe that their branch in Glendale, CA does NOT have an ATM?!?! Most of their branches in the West are in grocery stores.

If NW wanted to boost their reputation, they should partner with a little classier financial institution than US Bank.
