I was about to describe the moron patient I had once that put Super Glue in both eyes, thinking it was her eye drops. Then I read the article and one of the most respected cornea/refractive surgery specialists in the country said she did the same thing once. It happens regardless of the new TSA rules (although they "allow" larger bottles and you "shouldn't" have to transfer).
