Whilst not a double op-up, surely an op-up from a redemption ticket (which is what MFUs) get booked into is more unlikely than from a fare-paid ticket. Therefore the OP's upgrade (double or otherwise) is still more remarkable than a plain old op-up from full fare J to F.
Maybe it is a one and a half upgrade.
