I think that we can all agree that the second upgrade was unsolicitated and free, which surely alone must give cause for celebration? It is the first upgrade that we disagree upon and whether it was an upgarde or not? It is interesting to not that others who claim it was not an 'double upgrade' actually use the word 'upgrade' to describe the manner in which he was booked into J.
