Hi guys. I have a situation on my hands as follows.

I have booked 5 A class (hidden first class) return tickets from LHR - SFO which I am told are not changeable in any way at all. I now have to change them as cannot fly on those days. I am looking to either change the date and route or refund the tickets completely. Can anybody help me on this.. {comment removed by moderator due to TOS}
