Just a note about "bumping threads" - may I suggest that in future we add links to another thread, rather than bumping an old one?

For example, you can highlight threads by simply pasting the thread url:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=666002

And you can highlight individual posts by clicking on the post # at the top right of the post in question:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showp...9&postcount=11
