I just flew CO BusinessFirst (BF) on their reconfigured 757-200s, on a mid-con IAH-SFO during dinner time. [Edited to add: As pointed out by BJ, this is a domestic F service on BF equipment] The entire meal is served on one tray, no menu, no table cloth; however, FA service is fairly nice, cold nuts, a couple drink re-fills, and a nice ice-cream sundae. Metal knife and real salt and pepper shakers round out the offering.

The BF configuration is quite nice, similar to UA's p.s. seat, with the addition of AVOD. The best seating is row 1, with very good legroom, although nothing really compares with the spaciousness of the exit row on UA's p.s. 752's business cabin.
