Last week I flew a KL/AF ticket which was advertised 100% miles earning on both outbound and inbound. Two of the sectors, I have since discovered, were in E and have posted at 25%. So not only is the booking engine incorrect but the earnings chart, too

At least crediting the V and N fares to non-AF/KL programs and still getting 100% miles is an option. In any event, I won't be surprised when that comes to an end, sooner or later, as a workaround for some of us.
