I could use my parents' address in China.

It seems that elites with address in Asia get to WC for free, plus some other goodies.

How do I change address other than doing that on the web? Will NW send a new elite card with new address in the middle of the year?

Even with an address outside of US, I should still be able to use elite phone lines, right?

Any suggestion is appreciated
