Paying for sexual favours is not on the same level.
I'm one of the strongest supporters of the US on the BA Forum having lived there for over 6 years (undoubtedly the happiest days of my life), and the majority of my friends are Americans.
However (and I'm amazed to hear myself saying this) it appears that the US bans far more foreign citizens from entering their country than we do ours.
