I once had miles fail to post on an AA codeshare on SN (MAN-BRU,) with similar rubbish from a CSA - "You were flying on SN Brussels, not American; you didn't earn miles." I suddenly experienced "telephone problems, forcing me to disconnect and call again later;" another CSA promptly made sure my miles posted properly. "Hello, can you hear me now?"

Very true. All too many times though, I've even had AAdvantage CUSTOMER SERVICE (first line) refer me to those 'partner pages' for AA codeshare and tell me I won't earn when in fact I will (previous example in post) - but the computer, in the end, has always prevailed, and correctly! ^
