Very true. All too many times though, I've even had AAdvantage CUSTOMER SERVICE (first line) refer me to those 'partner pages' for AA codeshare and tell me I won't earn when in fact I will (previous example in post) - but the computer, in the end, has always prevailed, and correctly! ^
