I'm looking into flights YYZ-MEL in the winter, and one of the cheapest options is on CX via HKG in M-Class...

On the AA info page where it mentions the earning classes for CX, M is not there. Does anyone know if it earns miles in AAdvantage?

On most airlines "M" is one of the higher Econ classes... is it something else like deep-discount on CX?
