Down here I have a network of organic farms and proper butchers I mosey around before hitting Tescos for the staples - and as a result I won't eat supermarket meat any more! I was quite at having to find these things all over again. (In fact, enjoying a ham and lentil soup, made with an organic smoked ham shank I got at Perth farmers market - and it's fab ) And thanks to TIMP for the farmers market tip as well.
