Just booked a flight to LHR in May on the 777 in economy. Is it just me, or does anyone else find it hard to select 18B as a seat assignment?

Any idea how the double seats (row 18AB, JK) are configured? Is there a crew seat on the bulkhead? Do 19C,H have extra legroom?

Inquiring minds want to know!
