Sometimes I think the best improvement UA could do is upgrade the people they allow in the RCC's, by upping the memebership fees.

I agree with this statement and I think that UA let's way to many people in under one card and also let's too many family members in under one card.....The clubs have basically remained unchanged since they opened so it is not like they have downgraded services....people know what they are paying for and in all the years I have been flying I do not believe they are going to change anything nor have I seen them significantly change very much....
