That ATC tape was really interesting. The pilots voice changed dramatically more tense....From a relaxed, confident "Roger, Continental 84 clear for takeoff four right" to a minute later after the engine blew and they stopped at the edge of the runway tersely commenting "Continental 84 requesting assistance...you better roll the trucks"
