Good question . since they seem to be kept warm somehow / somewhere .. have never noticed where they come from. They may probably fit into glass inserts (vs wine vs an insert with no dividers like soda and grey mugs) as they are about the same size.

Next question .. where do the Japanese tea cups get stored? I know First and Business are different.
