These boobs sometimes spring up along the lakefront bikepath. At peak hours, the path can use all the help it can get (especially in terms of keeping groups of tourists and suburbanites from randomly wandering in and out of the middle of the path with 2 dogs, 6 toddlers, a SUV-esque baby carriage, and/or a 4-wheeled bicycle). However, the yellowcoats spend 95% of the time telling the traffic
on the path to stop, while telling
cars that they don't have to stop at stop-signs.
