Thing is, I know I booked a 100% earning ticket because I chose an inconvenient flight time on the inbound in order to avoid the cheap fares on the booking engine for the flights I wanted. So as a customer I have paid more AND travelled at a less convenient time in order to receive 100% miles...which have not been awarded in any case. OMDFG.
