What appears to have happened is KLM have changed the fare rules on most fares.
This leaves V, N and E as totally inflexible.
I see V and N are still listed on the website as 25% earning, but no mention of E, which also earns 25% but is listed in the "full miles" section.
Last week I flew a KL/AF ticket which was advertised 100% miles earning on both outbound and inbound. Two of the sectors, I have since discovered, were in E and have posted at 25%. So not only is the booking engine incorrect but the earnings chart, too
