Shutters is a very nice hotel. But, it is priced for entertainment execs who are on an expense account. If that's not you, it probably is not good value.

They do have a very nice breakfast/lunch cafe which faces the beach and the bike path and is vaguely reasonable (around $20 per person or so). That's worth it for the view and ambiance. ^
