I notice that everytime I use a coupon (either paper or internet coupon), my name is never on the board and I have to go to the gold counter and show them my coupon before I can rent the vehicle. Even if it is an internet coupon, they require a hard copy. There are times where my name is on the board, but they don't process the coupon. I spoke with a Hertz rep about this and apparently it is becoming standard practice to ignore all PC codes unless the renter brings up the PC code at the time of pickup. This defeats the purpose of having Gold in my opinion. Anyone else have anything information on this?
