Just because the seats are not there right at 331 days out, does not mean they will not be released. The availability of skysaver award seats changes daily and one must check back daily, beginning at 331 days out, to see if anything opens up. Do not rely on being waitlisted, my expereince has been that the waitlist is not that reliable for snagging seats when they come available. Best option is to keep checking for yourself. I have had no problems finding skysaver BE seats to Europe and Tokyo over the past few years. None of the seats I managed to grab were released at 331 days out. Most showed up several weeks after that timeframe passed.
