I doublechecked your statement that one way rentals aren´t insured for centurions. This paragraph refers to the headline "Rückführungskosten" (transportation-costs for returning the car to the origin destination) in case of an accident; that means, the CDW itself covers the damage, but not the costs mentioned above if you have a one way rental.
