If your question is will your status be changed as soon as you earn 25K eqm and then 50K eqm during the year, the answer is YES. These are EQM not RDM (redeemable) .... hope that helps.

Once you earn 1K, you get the perks but the drink chits & SWUs are only awarded at the beginning of the year.
