It would help if you described your application in more detail. Are you calling just one person? Do they have a PC? Do they have a fixed line? DO they have a mobile?

I have used idPhoneCard for years. Current rates are 4.4 U.S. cents/min., U.S.A. to Thailand. Parties in Thailand can call you for 5.35 baht/min. using the 009 prefix.
