The Crowne Plaza has a very nice lounge if you have access (it is on the mezzanine overlooking the lobby); pretty good snacks and drinks as well as internet access. The location is perfect, and CHC has some real gems amonst its stores. A really great hair-dresser, for example (relocated from UK, and in the designer class -- not what you expect in a small provincial town). Lots of things to explore for in CHC and all are walking distance from your hotel.
