The Bell Mobility Apollo ITN interface is gone forever. This was, most likely, caused by unsustainable traffic from a number of publicly-available 'services' that did not limit the number of users, and/or someone trying to submit a booking (see the warning I posted at

In any case, I have found a new replacement source, and an updated version of the KVS Tool has just been published.
