Not on the plane, but my son suddenly got the green look as we were finishing our check-in at the B9 counter. With green gills and teary eyes, he looks up at me and says "Mom, I don't feel so good". I look at the CSR and just say "Give me your garbage can". He looks at me strange but hands it to me just in the nick of time.
My son proceeds to empty his stomach into the trash. But now we also have to run for our flight and still get through security, so I pull the liner out of the pail, hand the CSR back his pail (which yielded an interesting gaze from him), and made a mad dash to security with my son. We had to make one more stop to deposit into the bag (and yes, it was a clear bag

) Then with security looming I had to make a decision if it constituted liquid and decided it was more than 3 oz so one last check of my son who gave the ^ and I ditched it into the trash.
He was fine after that, but boy that wasn't pretty. (By the way, it was not contagious - he was recovering from a bout of salmonia poisoning which takes a while to leave the system and had some lingering affects with his stomach)
