good info to know then, goaliemn... thx, will tell him.

but here's a question:

we know the airlines like to waste our valuable time and some CSRs get off on knowing they did this with success, but why would the law want to bust you and make you go to jail for this sort of thing? I mean what do THEY get out of it? Imagine the jails filled with old ladies who did something illegal like in 1960? Still seems so silly, and yet, as you said, just doing things today that tie into the process already in play by his denial become yet another new offense! It's like a domino effect but none of it is based on anything legitimate in my mind. Still, they can and would bust him just cuz... cuz they can. Is THAT all they want? What do they want? Someone tell me!
AHGHGHGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

also, you can clearly see how the spiral effect of all of this may never go away. If some other country, who has not had any issue with anything on Frank's US passport happens to ask him if he'd ever been denied entry elsewhere, then the moment he says yes, he becomes a member of THEIR black list and to me that's like someone who is a victim of ID theft: Once you get hacked, it's like it's totally up to you to fix every leak, and every leak caused by other leaks, and you are marred until who knows when!

It just don't seem right, eh?

Plus, in my opinion, if this security guy from Canada from the article mentioned above were running a marketing promotions company and he put forth the attitude he does in his current post, that company would lose a huge customer base! He mentioned that Canada is now merely enforcing laws he says were always there, but that we all got away with them til now. Well, what that is basically saying is, "Well, we decided to end a certain promotion and you all just have to deal with it! See ya!"

Somehow it just does not fly with me or anyone I know!
