Sounds like the secret is to
not ask for the miles, and they magically show up!
My guess is that they might have some sort of automatic system that tracks such things for super-elites (1K & UGS), but doubt it moves further down the lines.
If it only had to do with the survey, then I might be in line for something myself after the events at BWI last 3/16, but no love in my mailbox yet.
