Here are the terms from the back of the cert. I did get one but I think the WP# has to be of a WP VISA card holder. Whether you are in possesion of the paper coupon or not is irrelevant.

This 4,000 mile discount is good for up to 2 passengers, traveling continental U.S., Alaska and Canada. Coach or FC, NW metal(or Mesaba or Pinnacle)
Book between Dec 1,2003 and Nov 12,2004 for travel Jan 5,2004 through May 15,2004 and Sept 15,2004 through Nov 20,2004.

It does not mention anything about being good for one use only or multiple uses. (My thought is that it is good for 2 passengers on the same itinerary and can only be used once.)

Edited to add: miles for both award ticket most likely will need to come from the WP VISA card holders account. Once again my interpretation.
