There is something about the calculation MR does and it is not just the exchange rate. I was way underrewarded points based on my bill. It took 2 calls and 2 faxes and whole lot of patience to get my points from my stay in January. But to their credit, it did get fixed. My best advice is when you fax in your bill give a call back number on the cover sheet (not that they did) and follow up with the call center.
