I can't find anything definitive on nwa.com that lists every EQM-earning partner and the corresponding rules for earning EQM.

Is Continental the only EQM partner that has less than 100% EQM for cheap economy fares?

In essence, does it look like this?:

Northwest 100%
Northwest Airlink 100%
KLM 100%
Delta 100%
Alaska 100%
Copa 100%
Air Alps 100% (except VIE-STT)
Hawaiian 100% (except HI-mainland flights)
Malev 100% (except YYZ-BUD)
Air Europa 100%
Continental (CO Express, CO Micronesia, etc.) 50% on cheap economy fares

Also, nwa.com says something about earning EQMs on "NW coded flights on other partner airlines."

Do any of these currently exist?
