Just curious - with so many other good hotels in the area, why did you stay there so many times? If I had such a negative opinion of a hotel and so many other choices, I wouldn't go back.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I stayed in the hotel for 10 consecutive days, not 10 different individual stays throughout the year. It was my first time to San Francsico, and this location was right in the middle of the two conferences I was attending.
