I have stayed at the Westin St. Francis for 10 days last year. Although it seems to be an impressive hotel, it lacks a pool, and a late night restaurant. And good luck getting a drink in the lounge after 10pm. If you are on business they were horrible at notifying of package deliveries, and they charged to hold them on top of that. The only great things about the hotel is the location to Union Square, trolley stop, and it has a really great view in the tower(Grand Deluxe Room). I should also note, I did receive a bottle of wine from the manager for any inconveniences I experienced with having my packages delayed.
