Notwithstanding all the above, and to get this thread back on track: I think RKA may be defunct (as has been the case with so many Cambodian airlines over the past several years); if not bankrupt, they are certainly keeping a very low profile - I haven't heard anything about RKA or seen any advertising, etc., in a long time.
It seems that I spoke too soon: RKA had a full-page ad in the paper this week, looking to hire staff (pilots, mechanics, etc.), so I guess they're not defunct after all.
IIRC, they were looking for people with experience on MD-11s. (Is that right / does that make sense? I'm not into all the various makes & models of airplanes, so I may be wrong on this...)
