Yesterday I received in the post a well written and well researched response to a letter of complaint I sent to WW a month ago or so. My complaint was mostly about the new seating policy but also mentioned my other recent peeves, security lines and luggage policy. The answers were largely a repeat of things we all know. But I did appreciate the fact that this was not a cut and paste job - they actually went into my flight bookings to pick out information relevant and specific to my issue.
