YEP. The usual. LH M&M had not issued the ticket...and SQ cancelled the res!

Whilst in asia, at 7pm, neither the Singapore nor the US office is open. Panicking, I called the German line and a very surprised M&M agent could not understand why the ticket has not been issued...

But she managed to get all the seats back... and she assured me that the ticket will be issued immediately.
