I thought most mileage runs were done in December. It doesn't sound like you'll have much trouble getting to 1K this year if you are this far along already. What kind of board have I found here? <G>

If I were in your shoes I would look into a BOS-SIN-NRT-ICN-BOS ticket, or get a stopover at NRT on the BOS-SIN route and then buy an NRT-ICN ticket. That might be cheaper than the options you are exploring.
