Yes, it was the airport location. Pickup was easy as I called on the way from the gates and the driver waited for me as I had no bags.
The shuttle is fine, although you have to book it and it seems to run at odd times in the morning - 0615 or 0730 were my only choices for an 0850 departure.
Good news is LOTS of eating choices in 5 minutes walk - which for a non-driver like me was excellent.
