My understanding:

EQMs earned on all base miles on UA and *A partners

Fare Bonuses:
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for UA coded flights on UA Metal
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for UA coded flights on US Metal
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for LH transatlantic (only) flights

Is this right? Are there any other bonuses for EQMs, such as a bonus based on status?
